| RR Campsite (Werewolf) Over the nearest hill lies circles of cabins for lodging leftover from when the state park was in use. They have been renovated with basic indoor plumbing, functional kitchens, and electricity. Only one cabin stands out, massive, updated, and hi tech. In the middle of the circles of cabins is a huge bonfire pit with rock and stump seating around it. For more information please see the Werewolf the Apocalypse Role Playing Game section of the MGPedia (wiki.) |

Crap what do the f-in spirits mean soon. They aint growin older so to them they could mean soon in the next day or next century. Darn spirits and their cryptic answers. After all scrub has been cleared for abut 100 yds around the campsight he slowly looks about the region. Finding ambush spots and other places like that. He also looks for areas that would restrict access for attackers. Then with an evil grin he starts putting short sharpened stakes that he chars the end of in those funnel necks pushing them down so only the tip is exsposed and then covers them with leaves. Personally i don't wear shoes in crinos and those would hurt and slow anyone not in shoes down for a moment. Crap maybe if they are pissy enough they'll frenzy with just they're allies around.

Trill, a very thickly built Black Fury trots over to Aelofin and drops several spears, bows and arrows. She smiles sweetly at him. "There ya go boy-o. More stock for the pile. Tempest-rhya says I have to help you, so just stay out of my way and I will." She trots off without waiting for him to react or respond.
Windwalker and Thunder's Tempest can both be seen scouting out the area, helping prepare the physical area for battle. Tempest renews her territorial markings around the border as she does her part. |

Aelofin looks up to Cameron with a smile he says" Go ahead and take over this task here I'll go do the next one. All I'm doin is putting sharpened stakes in these bottle necks." With a gesture to include all the ones he's found he continues speaking." What you do is sharpen a stake about 6 inches or so long and char the end to temper it. After that push it into the ground so just the tip sticks out. Then cover it with leaves and other stuff nothing too big the point must be able to poke through the covering. It's sorta hard to run over the ground if your paws are aching aint it." With a evil grin and chuckle says " And last time I was in Crinos I couldn't find any tennies to fit me."
Aelofin stands up from his previos task and looks around. Ok next is deadfalls or should I work on troop breaks. Glad I watched so may war movies when I was young. Aelofin stops to think seeming to come to a decision. He then walks over to his bag and pulls a camp shovel out, he also pulls a dagger out and straps it to his waist. The dagger is made of a tusk, probably from a wild Boar, detailed with carvings and having an ornate handle decorated with Celtic runes. He unfolds the shovel then walks out into the woods surrounding the campsight. Deadfalls are next ... He starts creating large deadfalls, just large versions of hunting ones. Confident in his survival skills being able to convey the skills needed to make them. He does add one trick to the deadfalls making sure they are very natural in appearance. Humans can reason I need to be one step ahead of them. Hopefully these preperations will work. He occasionally looks around keeping aware of the region so not to be taken unaware.

Shortly after dawn, the chugging sound of a diesel engine breaks the tranquil silence of the bawn. A large Truck bearing a company logo that says "Jordan Industries" on the side slowly lumbers its way into the campsite, followed by a smaller truck.
From the tech cabin, Melanie opens the door, wearing her "Choose your weapon" dice tee, which fits her a bit more tightly around the stomach, these days. She smiles wide and bounces up and down in anticipation. Several men hop out of the trucks and begin unties straps and locks, unloading items and lumber off the beds. The driver of the rig stands and stretches, shaking off the miles, until Melanie comes bouncing off the porch. "Mel Bell!" He shouts as he holds his arms out. She runs full speed, contacting him and wrapping her arms around him, enveloped in his hug. "JAMES!" She burries her face in his chest and smiles wide. The others, in the midst of unloading, obviously can sense something in the area as they look about, but mostly tend to their work. James turns her with his body and keeps a large arm around her shoulders and begins detailing the payload. "Ok, lets see, we've got your standard lumber for more housing and other buildings and such. And your list here had all the makings for a forge, so i went and got some corrugated sheet metal for some roofing, and some ceramic concrete. Weve got a skil-saw, quickie saw and just about every tool a mechanic or carpenter could dream of. Weve got a few extras here too, since I can only imagine what youre ramping up for, with this list." He nods to two of the workers who begin unloading a separate set of lumber, revealing two long boxes. "This is a dozen military issue M16's. I know its not much, but i figure your kinfolk will need an edge...Theyre standard NATO 7.62mm, no bells or whistles, just reliable." He walks with her a ways around the truck, speaking quietly to her for a moment, bring a solumn look to her face, then clearly trying to cover a mistep. |

One of the workers notices Aelofin and smiles with a nod. "Hey guy, can you help with this lumber? Thanks..."
Though the workers are clearly not as strong as any of the garou, most of them bear a rugged mein and have no problems towing their end of the work. Another worker finishes one task and takes a drink of water from the cooler jug. Rolling his neck side to side, he hollers over to James, "Jim? We cool here?" James pauses from talking to Melanie and looks over, then down to her and after she nods, back to him with a nod. The man strips down naked and shifts to Crinos form, bearing a ruddy pattern to his fur. A striking feature blazes in the glint of the sun, a complelty cybernetic left arm. Like coiled steel, its ridges glint under teh gaze of helios. He moves to the forge anvil and picks it up with a single hand and hops down from the truck. Looking around, he seems to estimate where the forge would best be placed and walks it over to a clearing where lumber has been set aside. |

Two of the workers look up at the sound of a feminine voice and flash million dollar smiles. "Sure, come on over here..." One of them says as he lifts a few work buckets. "Grab one of these and follow me...or, I can follow you..." The other blanches at the crude attempt, "Yeah, nice dumb ass...she doesnt even know where youre going with it."
"Who cares, I'll follow her wherever she wants to go..." The rolls his eyes and shakes his head, then looking at Cassil he smiles boyishly, "Dont mind him, he's an idiot...I'm Mitch, just grab a bucket and follow me...God only knows where he'll take you..." He hoists two buckets and starts a heavy waddle near the forge site. |
